General Policy

PABO PAUDI GADHWAAL Jan Kalyan Samajik Samiti ("SNJANKALYAN") appreciates your donations and membership fees. As a charitable organization, we rely on your generosity to continue our social welfare work. Please note that all donations and membership fees are generally non-refundable as they are used immediately for charitable purposes and administrative costs.

Donations

Non-Refundable Nature

All donations made to SNJANKALYAN are voluntary and considered final. Donations are non-refundable as they are immediately allocated to ongoing charitable projects, programs, and operational expenses.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical Error: If a donation was processed multiple times due to a technical error on our payment processing system
• Unauthorized Transaction: If you can demonstrate that the donation was made without your authorization
• Processing Error: If we received an incorrect amount due to a processing error

Membership Fees

Refund Eligibility

Membership fees may be refunded under the following conditions:

• Membership application is rejected by the organization
• Duplicate payment was made due to technical error
• Request is made within 7 days of payment and before membership approval

Non-Refundable Situations

Membership fees are non-refundable after:

• Membership has been approved
• ID card has been generated
• More than 7 days have passed since payment
• Member has accessed exclusive member benefits

Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under our policy, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 7 days of the transaction
2. Provide your transaction details (UTR number, date, amount)
3. Explain the reason for your refund request
4. Provide any supporting documentation if applicable

Processing Time

If your refund request is approved:

• We will process the refund within 15-30 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
• Bank processing times may vary and can take an additional 5-10 business days

Tax Receipts

If a donation is refunded, any tax receipt issued for that donation will be void. Donors are responsible for any tax implications arising from refunded donations and should consult with their tax advisor.

Cancellation of Membership

If you wish to cancel your membership:

• Contact us with your membership details
• Membership will be deactivated
• No refund of membership fees will be provided
• Access to member benefits will be revoked

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about a transaction or refund request, we encourage you to contact us first. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, India.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
